they don't vote for us, it doesn't help us. so the republican legislature which in 2010 became more tea party, more conservative, there's no margin in it for them to increase access to in-person early voting. what they did is passed a law that didn't touch absentee voting, which republicans tend to dominate in, but severely limited the early vote. just to give you some numbers, you're talking about there were 96 hours, there are 96 hours this year total to vote. there were 120 hours in 2008. and already in the state, 3.46 million people have voted. when you looked at the numbers, that's almost as many votes as barack obama got by himself. in the last presidential election, 4.3 million people, almost half of the people who voted, voted early. so this is really a problem. >> this is a problem and this is a problem not looking ahead to election day. it's a problem already in the way that it's affecting people who are trying to early vote. >> indeed. >> i feel like i'm not the drudge report and i am not a website, but if i could pu
